Shipping can take anywhere for 2-5 business days. Orders may take longer during holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time. We ship Mondays & Tuesdays to ensure a quick delivery is made and not delayed by a weekend day. All orders put in Tuesday-Monday will ship the corresponding Monday or Tuesday. If you would like a later ship date, please not that in your order. You will receive a shipping notification once your product has shipped.

Also, please not there is a separate shipping and billing address at check-out. If this is a gift please verify the shipping address is correct to the individual you are sending the gift to and complete the gift note section of the check out process to assure your recipient knows who sent them their yummy present.

Note: We do not ship during summer months to avoid any unnecessary hassles from the weather. We ship with cold packaging and freeze the Montana Cow Pies before shipping so they should slowly thaw and be ready to eat upon delivery.

Please note that the date requested for your order to deliver is an estimated delivery date. We will do our best to have your order arrive on the date requested, but cannot guarantee and will not issue a refund or re-ship if it does not arrive on the date specified.

Our website does not allow shipping to multiple locations. Each order must be individually placed.

We cannot be held responsible if a shipment is delayed due to weather or carrier issue. If this occurs we will not issue a refund or reship.

Product Storage

Our products remain fresh for 7-10 days kept in cool air tight storage. They can also be frozen in air tight storage from 3-12 months. Some folks prefer to eat them straight from the freezer or let them come to room temperature before enjoy…either way….yum!!!

 Return Policy

We don’t accept returns as they are a perishable food item. We cannot be held liable for orders that are delayed due to shipping or not delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure shipping info is correct before submitting.

We make it obvious to the carrier that the item is fragile and perishable and not to be left in the heat. We cannot be responsible if they do so. So, if you are expecting a delivery please make every effort to receive it from carrier and not leave it exposed to the elements.
